Product Description & Applications
Product Description
The AD9363BBCZ is a complete 2 × 2 RF agile transceiver from Analog Devices, integrating all RF front-end, mixed-signal, and digital baseband functions in a single 144-ball CSP-BGA package. The device provides programmable bandwidth and a frequency range covering most licensed and unlicensed bands from 325 MHz to 3.8 GHz, making it suitable for a wide range of wireless communication applications.
The device features two independent direct-conversion receivers with state-of-the-art noise figure and linearity. Each receive subsystem includes independent automatic gain control (AGC), DC offset correction, quadrature correction, and digital filtering. The two transmitters use a direct-conversion architecture with high modulation accuracy and ultra-low noise.
