Leveraging 20 years of deep experience in components, Superb has successfully expanded into PCB design and assembly manufacturing, transforming into a highly integrated, comprehensive PCBA manufacturer. We understand the pain points our customers face in supply chain management. Therefore, what we provide is not just circuit boards, but a full-process service covering BOM optimization, PCB layout design, SMT assembly, testing and validation, failure analysis, and localized alternative solutions. Our goal is to offer flexible, small-to-medium batch, high-mix supply assurance for high-reliability sectors such as industrial control, medical instruments, communication base stations, aerospace, automotive electronics, and defense.

Smart Manufacturing Scale — Tangible Hardware Strength

We operate factories in Jiangsu and Zhuhai focused on high-layer-count, high-difficulty PCB production, and maintain a 5,000 m² anti-static dust-free production workshop in Shenzhen. The workshop houses 7 medium-to-high speed SMT lines, with a daily placement capacity of up to 15.32 million components. From 0201 micro-components to 57mm large odd-shaped parts, from 8-layer to 68-layer HDI and high-speed high-frequency boards, Superb possesses mature process capabilities and a stringent quality control system.
