Where Layers Become One
Multilayer books - inner-layer cores, prepreg sheets, copper foil - are assembled and loaded into CEDATE vacuum presses. Under heat (175-190C), pressure (250-350 PSI), and vacuum (below 20 mbar), prepreg resin melts, flows, and cures into a solid monolithic board. Cycle time: 90-180 minutes. Vacuum ensures void-free bonding across the entire panel.
