How to Order PCBs Online — 4 Steps
Step 1 — Prepare Your Gerber Files
Export Gerber RS-274X files from your PCB design tool — include all copper layers, solder mask, silkscreen, solder paste, board outline, and NC drill file. Compress the folder into a single .zip or .rar archive before upload.
Step 2 — Upload and Receive Instant DFM Feedback
Upload the compressed Gerber package. Within one working day, you receive an 8-module DFM inspection report with 3-tier defect grading (pass / warning / danger). Process-level issues — mask clearance, silkscreen clipping, annular ring compensation — are corrected in CAM automatically. Design-level issues are flagged with coordinates and recommendations for your review.
Step 3 — Review Quote and Confirm
Receive a detailed quote with per-item pricing: PCB fabrication (by layer count, dimensions, and quantity), surface finish, solder mask color, silkscreen, electrical test, and shipping. No hidden fees — the DFM report and CAM engineering are included. Confirm your order and production begins.
Step 4 — Production, Test, and Delivery
Prototype quantities (5–10 pieces) ship in 7–10 working days. Every board undergoes flying-probe full-netlist electrical test and AOI inspection before packaging. Tracking information is provided on shipment.
