The Final Human Decision
After all automated tests, an IPC-A-600 certified inspector examines every board under 10-40x magnification: solder mask, silkscreen, surface finish, edge condition, dimensions. Approved boards are vacuum-sealed with desiccant and HIC, labeled, and entered into shipping manifest. The inspector sign-off is the last quality decision before the customer opens the package.
