The Final Shape
After all processes, the panel must be cut to its final outline. V-scoring cuts V-grooves along board boundaries for snap-apart separation after assembly. CNC routing mills the exact profile for non-rectangular shapes and tight-tolerance outlines (+/-0.1mm). Edge beveling for gold-finger connectors: 30 or 45 degree bevel reduces insertion force. Our equipment includes Shenghai single-blade V-CUT machine alongside YOWSUN systems for both scoring and routing.
