1. Deep Surface Cleaning

During curing, liquid photoimageable solder mask (LPISM) flows into these micro-cavities, forming countless mechanical interlocks that greatly enhance adhesion—especially under thermal cycling, high humidity, or demanding operating environments.

3. Improved Wettability & Ink Coverage

Compared with aggressive chemical micro-etching, sandblasting has minimal impact on finished copper thickness, making it ideal for fine-line designs.
