The LTM8067EY#PBF converter is a 2.8V to 40V isolated μ-module DC/DC converter. This converter is a 2kVAC isolated flyback μ-module (power module) DC/DC converter. The package includes a switch controller, power switch, transformer, and all supporting components. The LTM8067 supports an output voltage range of 2.5V to 24V within the input voltage range from 2.8V to 40V, which is set by a resistor. Only output design requires an input capacitor. The LTM8067 is packaged in a thermally enhanced, compact (9mm × 11.25mm × 4.92mm) dual-in-line ball grid array (BGA) package suitable for automatic assembly arrays. It uses standard surface mount equipment. The LTM8067 is a terminal complete that is compatible with SnPb or RoHS.
