The RailQor® converter series, featuring the next-generation, panel-mounted, isolated, fixed-frequency DC-DC with synchronous rectification, achieves extremely high power conversion efficiency even at low output power levels. The quarter-inch 25-50 W Mega series has very low power consumption, so it can operate at 85°C without a heatsink in an enclosed environment without airflow. Each module is fully encapsulated to provide protection and shield it from the harsh environments that often occur in industrial and transportation applications.
