CMD315C4 is a GaAs MMIC driver amplifier, installed in a surface-mount package without leads. CMD315C4 is highly suitable for complex communication systems that require small size and high linearity. This device offers a gain of 19.5 dB, with an output 1 dB compression point of 21 dBm, and an output IP3 of 33 dBm at 8 GHz. CMD315C4 adopts a 50-ohm matching design and does not require an external DC block or RF port matching.
