The Qorvo CMD319C3 ultra-low noise RF amplifier is a broadband single-chip microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) low-noise amplifier, featuring a leadless 3mm x 3mm surface mount package. The CMD319C3 RF amplifier is highly suitable for electronic warfare (EW) and communication systems that require small size and low power consumption. The CMD319C3 device has been optimized to enhance its broadband performance, offering a 20dB gain and a corresponding noise figure of 0.92dB at 10GHz. The CMD319C3 amplifier is designed with a 50Ω matching configuration, eliminating the need for external DC modules and RF port matching.
