The Qorvo CMD317C4 distributed power amplifier is a broadband GaAs MMIC distributed amplifier chip, operating in the frequency range from DC to 20GHz. These amplifiers feature a 50Ω matching design and do not require RF port matching. The CMD249 and CMD201 distributed power amplifiers have fully passivated characteristics, which can enhance reliability and moisture resistance. The CMD317C4 distributed power amplifier complies with the RoHS directive and does not contain lead. Typical applications include electronic countermeasures (EW), radar, space, satellite communication, and test and measurement.
