The Qorvo QPA9122M high linearity driver amplifier has a gain of 36.5 dB at 2.6 GHz and a peak power of 27 dBm P3dB. The QPA9122M features excellent DPD linearity performance and is capable of handling wideband signals up to 200 MHz and 5G NR signals, making it highly suitable for m-MIMO applications. 

The Qorvo QPA9122M high linearity driver amplifier is internally matched to 50Ω. Its entire working frequency bandwidth ranges from 2.3GHz to 5.0GHz. The shutdown function is integrated through the VPD pin. Additionally, the QPA9122M has an external bias control function, which can optimize the linearity. 
The QPA9122M adopts a 16-pin SMT package with dimensions of 3mm x 3mm, featuring a small footprint. It is compatible with the pins of QPA 9120, QPA9121 and QPA9122.
