The Qorvo CMD316C3 low-noise amplifier is a broadband single-chip microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) with a frequency range of 6GHz to 20GHz. It is packaged in a 3mm2 surface-mount leadless package. The CMD316C3 low-noise amplifier is highly suitable for communication systems that require small size and low power consumption. This broadband device has a gain greater than 20dB, a corresponding output 1dB compression point of +15dBm, and a noise figure of 2dB. The CMD316C3 is designed with 50Ω matching, eliminating the need for external DC modules and RF port matching.
