The Qorvo QPL1818 75Ω CATV amplifier is a GaAs (gallium arsenide) pHEMT (pseudo-high electron mobility transistor) single-ended MMIC (monolithic microwave integrated circuit) RF amplifier that offers 15dB gain. The frequency range of QPL1818 is from 50MHz to 1800MHz, and it is highly suitable for various DOCSIS 4.0 amplifiers and nodes, as well as home gateways and cable modems. 

The Qorvo QPL1818 75Ω CATV amplifier is equipped with a compact 3.0mm x 3.0mm QFN16 package, making it highly suitable for designs with limited space.
