RF input power, LTE 9dB standard number of poles, T = 25°C + 22 dBm
The Qorvo QPL9058 0.5GHz to 6.0GHz ultra-low noise LNA is a high-linear, ultra-low noise amplifier, optimized for 5G m-MIMO (massive multiple-input multiple-output) applications. The typical gain of this amplifier at 3.6GHz is 18dB, the OIP3 at a 55mA bias setting is +36dBm, and the noise figure is 0.6dB. The bias of the QPL9058 LNA is adjustable and can be biased by a single positive power supply ranging from 3.3V to 5.0V. This device also integrates power-down control functionality in the chip for time division duplex (TDD) applications.
The Qorvo QPL9058 is designed with a compact, industry-standard DFN8 package, and it can operate with only a few external components.
