The Qorvo QPL9547 0.1GHz to 6.0GHz ultra-low noise LNA is a high linearity, ultra-low noise amplifier, optimized for 5G massive MIMO (multiple input multiple output) applications. The typical gain of this amplifier at 1.9GHz is 19.5dB, the OIP3 at a 65mA bias setting is +39dBm, and the noise figure is 0.3dB. The bias of the QPL9547 LNA can be adjusted and can be biased by a single positive power supply ranging from 3.3V to 5.0V. This device also integrates an idle mode control function for time division duplex (TDD) applications.
The Qorvo QPL9547 adopts a compact, industry-standard DFN8 package, requiring only a few external components to operate.
