CMD291P4 is a broadband GaAs MMIC driver amplifier, installed in a leadless 4x4mm surface-mount package. The broadband device operates at frequencies ranging from 16 to 24 GHz, making it highly suitable for applications requiring high dynamic range. At 20 GHz, CMD291P4 provides a gain of 22 dB, with the corresponding output 1 dB compression point being +25.5 dBm and the output IP3 being 31.5 dBm. The amplifier is designed with 50 ohm matching, eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching.
