The Qorvo QPA4428 RF amplifier is a GaAs pHEMT/MESFET 75Ω push-pull RF amplifier with a working frequency range of 47 MHz to 1218 MHz. These RF amplifiers feature a 28 dB flat gain and 4.6 dB low noise. The QPA4428 amplifier has high efficiency and low distortion, with a power consumption of only 7W and a 5x7 QFN package. These RF amplifiers are highly suitable for use in mixed module applications. The QPA4428 amplifier uses a 24V single power supply, has a bandwidth of up to 1218 MHz, and is designed to support DOCSIS 3.1 applications. Applications include DOCSIS 3.1, broadband CATV mixed modules, head-end CMTS equipment, and 75Ω amplifiers.
