The Qorvo CMD320C3 ultra-low noise RF amplifier is a broadband single-chip microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) low-noise amplifier, featuring a leadless 3mm x 3mm surface mount package. This RF amplifier is highly suitable for electronic countermeasures (EW) and communication systems that require small size and low power consumption. The CMD320C3 device has been optimized to enhance its broadband performance, offering a gain of 18dB and a corresponding noise figure of 1.07dB at 12GHz. The CMD320C3 amplifier is designed with a 50Ω matching configuration, eliminating the need for external DC modules and RF port matching.
