CMD246C4 is a broadband GaAs MMIC low phase noise amplifier, installed in a leadless surface-mount package, and is highly suitable for military, space and communication systems. At 16 GHz, this device offers 17 dB of gain, +18 dBm of saturated output power and 5 dB of noise figure. Similarly, for an input signal at 10 GHz, the amplifier provides -165 dBc/Hz of low phase noise performance at a 10 kHz offset. CMD246C4 adopts a 50 ohm matching design and does not require RF port matching.
