The Qorvo QPA2213 and QPA2213D are broadband driver amplifiers that can support various operating systems. The QPA2213 amplifier is highly suitable for commercial and military broadband or narrowband systems. The frequency range of the QPA2213 amplifier is from 2 GHz to 20 GHz. The thermal characteristics of the QPA2213 device enable it to support various bias voltages. Additionally, DC blocking capacitors that can be matched to 50Ω are provided at both RF ports. The QPA2213 is a complete broadband driver amplifier. The QPA2213D is a broadband driver monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) in this series, which is the DIE version. Both amplifiers are manufactured using the 0.15 µm gallium nitride (GaN) silicon carbide process (QGaN15). The QPA2213 amplifier also has a saturated output power of 2W and a large-signal gain of 16dB, and achieves a power-added efficiency of over 23%.
