CMD298C4 is an efficient GaAs MMIC low-noise amplifier, installed in a leadless 4x4mm surface-mount package. CMD298C4 is highly suitable for electronic warfare and communication systems that require small size and low power consumption. This device has been optimized for 21 GHz, providing a gain of more than 27 dB, with a corresponding noise figure of 1.4 dB and an output 1 dB compression point of +8 dBm. CMD298C4 adopts a 50-ohm matching design and does not require an external DC block or RF port matching.
