CMD275P4 is a broadband GaAs MMIC low phase noise amplifier, installed in a surface-mount package without leads, and is highly suitable for military, space and communication systems. At 10 GHz, CMD275P4 offers 16 dB of gain, +20.5 dBm of saturated output power and 5.5 dB of noise figure. Similarly, for an input signal at 10 GHz, the amplifier provides -165 dBc/Hz of low phase noise performance at a 10 kHz offset. CMD275P4 adopts a 50 ohm matching design and does not require RF port matching.
