The Qorvo CMD264P3 6GHz to 18GHz low-noise amplifier is a broadband MMIC that uses a leadless 3mm x 3mm plastic surface-mount package. The CMD264P3 is highly suitable for EW and communication systems that require small size and low power consumption. This broadband device has a gain greater than 26dB, and the corresponding 1dB compression point is +12dBm at 10GHz, with a noise figure of 1.6dB. The CMD264P3 adopts a 50Ω matching design and does not require an external DC module or RF port matching.
