The Qorvo QPL1811 75Ω CATV amplifier is a high-performance broadband DOCSIS 4.0 MMIC amplifier, designed using GaAs pHEMT technology. The QPL1811 achieves broadband performance through a Darlington configuration, with on-chip active bias circuits providing consistent bias current and repeatable performance. The Qorvo QPL1811 75Ω CATV amplifier includes two amplifiers for push-pull configuration, featuring excellent second-order and third-order linear performance.

The QPL1811 75Ω CATV amplifier is packaged in a compact 8-pin SOIC package, optimized for low noise and high linearity.
