The Qorvo QPL7442 RF amplifier is a low-noise, high-gain, single-ended, monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) RF amplifier. The QPL7442 has a 20dB flat gain within the 50MHz to 4000MHz bandwidth. The QPL7442 IC is powered by a 5V single power supply and is packaged in a 2mm x 2mm 8-pin DFN format. The QPL7442 amplifier is highly suitable for use in cable modems, set-top boxes, optical nodes, home gateways, CATV amplifiers, satellite low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), and terrestrial television applications.
