The QPA9908 is an efficient and linearized power amplifier, suitable for Band 8 small cellular wireless infrastructure systems. At an average output power of +28dBm, the QPA9908 offers a high efficiency of 36%, while providing excellent DPD linearization ACPR of -48dBc over a signal bandwidth of up to 40MHz. 

The QPA9908 is packaged in a 5x5mm SMT package. It is pin-to-pin compatible with QPA9903 (a high-efficiency small-unit PA with a 3-band frequency range).
