The Qorvo QPA9901 high-efficiency amplifier is a linearizable power amplifier IC with a frequency range of 2.11GHz to 2.2GHz. It features a compact 5mm2 surface-mount package. This InGaP/GaAs HBT device exhibits high performance across the entire broadband frequency range, with a P3dB of +35.6dbm and maintaining 32% PAE even at an average operating power of 28dBm.

The QPA9901 is designed to be used as a power amplifier in wireless infrastructure that requires high linearity, medium power, and high efficiency and employs DPD linearization technology. This device is highly suitable for use in the transceiver line cards of current and next-generation multi-carrier 3G/4G/5G base stations.
