CMD314 is a broadband GaAs MMIC driver amplifier, highly suitable for military, space and communication systems that require small size and high power over a wide bandwidth. At 6GHz, the amplifier provides a gain of more than 18dB, the corresponding 1dB compression point is +30dBm, and the noise figure is 4dB. CMD314 is a 50-ohm matching design, providing complete passivation to enhance reliability and moisture resistance.
