QPA9424 is a high-linear three-stage power amplifier. It features a low-cost surface-mount package and includes on-chip bias control and temperature control circuits, making it suitable for small cell base station applications.
The QPA9424 offers a 35.8 dB gain and linear power within the frequency range of 2400 - 2300 MHz. It covers frequency bands 30 and 40. This amplifier can achieve an ACLR of -48.5 dBc when the power is +27 dBm, and it has a dBm output power for 20 MHz LTE signals.
The QPA9424 integrates three high-performance amplifiers in a single module, enabling a compact system design and requiring only a few external components for operation. The amplifier is adjustable in bias, allowing for optimized power consumption of the amplifier. The QPA9424 has seven selectable 7.0 mm surface mount packages.
