The Qorvo QPA9126 gain module amplifier is a cascable high linearity amplifier, featuring a low-cost, surface mount, 8-pad DFN package. The QPA9126 amplifier can be used in receiver and transmitter chains of high-performance systems. The QPA9126 amplifier employs an internal active bias circuit, enabling stable operation under bias and temperature variations. These amplifiers achieve internal matching through the high-performance E-pHEMT process. Typical applications include 5G m-MIMO, mobile infrastructure, repeaters/DAS, general wireless, TDD/FDD systems, and defense communications.
