AG303-63 is a universal buffer amplifier that offers a high dynamic range in a low-cost surface-mount package. At 900 MHz, AG303-63 typically provides 20.5 dB gain, +26 dBm OIP3 and +14 dBm P1dB. This device combines reliable performance with consistent quality, maintaining an MTTF value of over 1000 years at +85°C. It is encapsulated in a lead-free/green/RRoHS standard SOT-363 industrial standard SMT package.
AG303-63 is composed of Darlington amplifiers using the highly reliable InGaP/GaAs HBT process technology. It can operate simply with a DC blocking capacitor, bias resistors, and an inductive RF choke coil.
The broadband MMIC amplifier can be directly applied to various current and next-generation wireless technologies, such as GPRS, GSM, CDMA and W-CDMA. Moreover, AG303-63 will be applicable to other various applications within the frequency range of DC to 6GHz, such as CATV and WiMAX.
