TQP3M9038 is a low-cost surface-mount packaged cascaded high-linear gain block amplifier. At a frequency of 1900 MHz, the TQP3M9038 amplifier typically offers 15 dB gain, +40 dBm OIP3 and 2 dB noise figure, while consuming only 85 mA of current. The TQP3M9038 is packaged in a lead-free/green/Compliant with RoHS standard QFN package. 

TQP3M9038 has the advantage of achieving excellent gain flatness over a wide frequency range. The low noise factor and high linearity performance allow this device to be used in the receiver and transmitter chains of high-performance systems. The amplifier is internally matched using the high-performance E-pHEMT process, and only external RF choke and blocking/bypass capacitors are required to operate under a single +5V power supply. The internal active bias circuit can also operate stably under bias and temperature variations. 

TQP3M9038 covers the frequency band ranging from 50 MHz to 4000 MHz and is suitable for wireless infrastructure or other applications that require high linearity and/or low noise factor.
