TQP9109 is an efficient two-stage driver amplifier with a low-cost surface-mount package. TQP9109 can achieve +46dBm OIP3 and +27.5dBm P1dB performance while consuming only 245mA of current. The linear amplifier integrates two high-performance amplifiers into a single module to achieve a compact system design. The input is internally matched, and the amplifier only requires the minimum external components to operate. The integrated inter-stage matching minimizes performance variations, otherwise these variations would be attributed to the values of external matching components and placement tolerances.
The output stage amplifier is adjustable in bias, enabling the reduction of the amplifier's power consumption without the need for high power performance. The output stage can be turned off when not required for energy saving. Output matching can be externally tuned to allow the amplifier to be optimized for high power or high linearity applications. When optimized for linearity, an OIP3 of up to 46dBm can be achieved. The TQP9109 adopts a 20-pin 4x4mm surface mount package in compliance with RoHS standards.
