TQP3M9008 is a low-cost surface-mount packaged cascaded high-linear gain block amplifier. At 1.9 GHz, the amplifier typically offers 20.6 dB gain, +36 dBm OIP3 and 1.3 dB noise figure, while consuming only 85 mA of current. TQP3M9008 is packaged in an industry-standard SOT-89 package that complies with lead-free/green/RoHS standards. 

TQP3M9008 has the advantage of providing high gain over a wide frequency range, while also offering extremely low noise. This enables the device to be used in the receiver and transmitter chains of high-performance systems. The amplifier is internally matched using the high-performance E-pHEMT process, and only requires an external RF choke and blocking/bypass capacitors to operate under a single +5V power supply. The internal active bias circuit can also operate stably under bias and temperature variations. 

TQP3M9008 covers the frequency band of 0.05 - 4 GHz and is suitable for wireless infrastructure or other applications that require high linearity and/or low noise factor.
