The QPA9121 is a broadband, high-gain and high peak power driver amplifier. Through Qorvo's GaAs HBT process, the QPA9121 provides 27dBm P3dB and 28dB gain at 2.6GHz. The static current of the QPA9121 is 95mA, making it highly suitable as a driver in the Tx path DPD loop for m-MIMO applications. 

The QPA9121 has an internal matching of 50Ω across the entire operating frequency band from 2.3 to 5.0 GHz, and the shutdown function is integrated through the VPD pin. The QPA9121 has been proven to provide excellent DPD correction under a 160 MHz wide 5G signal. 

The QPA9121 is packaged in a 16-pin 3X3mm SMT package, and is compatible in shape and pins with the QPA9120 package.
