QPA0363A is a high-performance SiGe HBT MMIC amplifier. The Darlington configuration offers high FET and excellent thermal performance. The heterojunction increases the breakdown voltage and minimizes the leakage current between the junctions. The elimination of the emitter junction nonlinearity leads to higher suppression of intermodulation products.
The QPA0363A can operate from various power supply voltages by using a voltage reduction resistor. Two DC blocking capacitors, a bypass capacitor, and an optional RF choke coil constitute the circuit required for the operation of this internally matched 50-ohm device.
QPA0363A adopts the industry-standard SOT363 package, is lead-free and complies with the RoHS standards.
