RFPA5208 is a three-stage power amplifier (PA) specifically designed for WiFi 802.11b/g/n/ac systems. It integrates 50Ω input and output matching and an integrated regulator, minimizing the layout area in customer applications and reducing the bill of materials and manufacturing costs. The performance focuses on the balance between efficiency and linear power to increase the connection range. RFPA5208 integrates the power amplifier (PA), regulator, and power detector coupler to enhance accuracy. This device is packaged in a 10-pin laminated package with dimensions of 4mm x 4mm x 1.05mm.
