SBB2089Z is a high-performance InGaP HBT MMIC amplifier featuring a Darlington configuration with an active bias network. The active bias network provides stable current during temperature and process beta variations. SBB2089Z is designed to operate directly from a 5V power supply and does not require a voltage divider resistor, unlike typical Darlington amplifiers. The SBB2089Z product is specifically designed for high-linear 5V gain block applications that require small size and the minimum number of external components. The internal matching is 50Ω.
