TQP369184 is a general-purpose buffer amplifier that offers a high dynamic range in a low-cost surface-mount package. At 1900 MHz, the amplifier typically provides a gain of 20.3 dB, an OIP3 of +28.5 dBm, and a noise figure of 3.9 dB, while drawing 45 mA of current. This device combines reliable performance with consistent quality, maintaining an MTTF value of over 100 years at an installation temperature of +85 °C. The device is packaged in an industry-standard SOT-363 package that complies with lead-free/green/RoHS standards. 

TQP369184 is composed of Darlington amplifiers fabricated using the highly reliable InGaP/GaAs HBT process technology. The operation only requires a DC blocking capacitor, bias resistors, and an inductive RF choke coil. 

This broadband MMIC amplifier can be directly applied to various current and next-generation wireless technologies, such as CDMA, W-CDMA and LTE. Moreover, TQP369184 will be applicable to other applications within the frequency range from DC to 6GHz.
