AG203-63 is a universal buffer amplifier that offers a high dynamic range in a low-cost surface-mount package. At 900 MHz, AD203-63 typically provides 20 dB gain, +20 dBm OPI3 and +8 dBm P1dB. This device combines reliable performance with consistent quality, maintaining an MTTF value of over 1000 years at an installation temperature of +85°C, and is encapsulated in a lead-free/green/RRoHS package that complies with the SOT-363 industry standard.
AG203-63 is composed of Darlington amplifiers using the highly reliable InGap/GaAs HBT process technology. It can operate simply with a DC blocking capacitor, bias resistors, and an inductive RF choke coil.
The broadband AG203-63 MMIC amplifier can be directly applied to various current and next-generation wireless technologies, such as GPRS, GSM, CDMA and WCDMA. Moreover, AG203-63 will be applicable to other various applications ranging from DC to 6GHz frequency range, such as CATV and WiMAX.
