QPA9426 is a low-cost surface-mount packaged dual-stage power amplifier with high linearity. It features on-chip bias control and temperature compensation circuits, and is suitable for small cell base station applications.
The QPA9426 provides 34 dB gain and +27 dBm linear power within the frequency range of 2.5 - 2.7 GHz, including 3GPP frequency bands 7, 38 and 41. The amplifier can achieve -47 dBc ACLR, output power +27 dBm, using a 20 MHz LTE signal.
The QPA9426 integrates two high-performance amplifiers in a single module, enabling a compact system design and requiring only a few external components for operation. The amplifier is adjustable in bias, allowing for optimized power consumption of the amplifier. The QPA9426 has a lead-free RoHS-compliant 7 x 7. mm surface mount package.
