TQP369182 is a general-purpose buffer amplifier that offers a high dynamic range in a low-cost surface-mount package. At 1.9 GHz, the amplifier typically provides 20.7 dB gain, +28 dBm OIP3 and 3.9 dB noise figure, while drawing 45 mA of current. This device combines reliable performance with consistent quality, maintaining an MTTF value of over 100 years at an installation temperature of +85°C. The component is packaged in a lead-free/green/RoHS-compliant industry-standard SOT-89 package. 

TQP369182 is composed of Darlington amplifiers using TriQuint's highly reliable InGaP/GaAs HBT process technology. The operation only requires DC blocking capacitors, bias resistors and inductive RF choke coils. 

This broadband MMIC amplifier can be directly applied to various current and next-generation wireless technologies, such as CDMA, W-CDMA and LTE. Moreover, TQP369182 will be applicable to other applications within the frequency range from DC to 6GHz.
