TQP3M9007 is a low-cost surface-mount packaged high-linear low-noise gain block amplifier. At 1.9 GHz, the amplifier typically offers 13 dB gain, +41 dBm OIP3 and 1.3 dB noise figure, while drawing 125 mA of current. This device is encapsulated in a lead-free green SOT-89 package that complies with the RoHS industry standard.
TQP3M9007 has the advantage of high linearity, and at the same time provides extremely low noise over a wide frequency range. This enables the device to be used in the receiving and transmitting chains of high-performance systems. The amplifier is internally matched using the high-performance E-pHEMT process, and only requires an external RF choke and blocking/bypass capacitors to operate under a single +5V power supply. The internal active bias circuit can also operate stably under bias and temperature variations.
TQP3M9007 covers the frequency band of 0.1 – 4 GHz and is suitable for wireless infrastructure or other applications that require high linearity and/or low noise factor.
