TQL9062 is a small 2 x 2 mm surface-mount packaged cascaded high-linear gain block amplifier. At 3.5 GHz, the amplifier typically provides 16.3 dB gain, offers +43.6 dBm OIP3 under a 120 mA bias setting, and has a 1.4 dB noise figure. The LNA can be biased by a single positive power supply ranging from 3.3 to 5 volts.
TQL9062 has excellent noise figure and high linearity performance, enabling the device to be used in the receiver and transmitter chains of high-performance systems. The gain block uses the high-performance E-pHEMT process for internal matching, and only four external components are required to operate with a single positive power supply: the external RF choke coil and blocking/bypass capacitors. This low-noise amplifier contains an internal active bias circuit to maintain high performance over temperature and integrates a shutdown capability to allow operation in TDD applications.
TQL9062 covers the frequency band of 500 - 6000 MHz and is suitable for wireless infrastructure or other applications that require high linearity and/or low noise figure.
