QPA4586A is a high-performance SiGe HBT MMIC amplifier. The Darlington configuration provides high FET and excellent thermal performance. The heterojunction increases the breakdown voltage and minimizes the leakage current between the junctions. The elimination of the emitter junction nonlinearity leads to higher suppression of intermodulation products. The operation only requires two DC blocking capacitors, one bias resistor, and an optional RF choke coil.
