TQP9111 is an efficient two-stage driver amplifier with a low-cost surface-mount package. The TQP9111 amplifier can achieve +46dBm OIP3 and +32.5dBm P1dB of high performance. The TQP9111 linear amplifier integrates two high-performance amplifiers in a single module to achieve a compact system design. The integrated inter-stage matching minimizes performance variations, which otherwise would be attributed to the values of external matching components and placement tolerances.
Both the input and output stage amplifiers are adjustable in bias, enabling the reduction of the amplifier's power consumption without the need for high power performance. When not used for energy-saving or TDD systems, these two stages can also be turned off. The output matching is externally adjustable to allow the amplifier to be optimized for high power or high linearity applications. The TQP9111 adopts a 20-pin 4 x 4 mm surface-mount package in compliance with RoHS standards.
