The Qorvo QPM1000 is a device that integrates a limiter/LNA, offering powerful high performance within the frequency range of 2–20 GHz. The QPM1000 provides a small-signal gain of 17 dB through gain control and offers a P1dB of over 18 dBm. The noise figure across the entire frequency range is 1.5–4 dB. Additionally, the integrated limiter provides a robust level of input power up to 4W without compromising performance. 

The QPM1000 is encapsulated in an air cavity and is based on a 6 x 5 mm QFN on a laminate, which is easy to operate. The QPM1000 has a small form factor and both ports are matched to 50 ohms, making it highly suitable for supporting commercial and defense-related applications that require a powerful receiver front end.
