SPF5043Z is a high-performance GaAs pHEMT MMIC LNA, designed for operation in the frequency range of 50 MHz to 4000 MHz. The on-chip active bias network provides stable current under variations in temperature and process threshold voltages. 

SPF5043Z offers ultra-low noise figure and high linearity performance in the gain block configuration. Its single supply operation and integrated matching network make implementation very simple. The high maximum input power specification makes it an ideal choice for high dynamic range receivers.
